Noontime: What are the most reliable sources of obtaining Insider 144 filings? In another thread this became an interesting issue when someone posted a recent list of insider filings. I decided to check independently and started by looking in Yahoo. To my surprise the Yahoo list excluded some of the entries posted from the other source. Ironically, the omitted entries were the very ones being discussed in the thread. Here's an example of a Yahoo report for a company I selected because it illustrates both buys and sells. BUT, is it complete??? We need to know the BEST place to obtain the COMPLETE listing of 144 filings and actual sells.
