WORLDBANK: 'EMBEDDED SYSTEMS AND CONTROL LOGIC A specific and important area of concern as the Year 2000 draws nearer is the question of embedded computer chips. 25 billion of them are in use, controlling everything from cars to power plants to elevators to building systems.
