Greetings Grayhairs,
Since your golf game is on hold because of more thunderstorms and this thread is on life support perhaps it would be a great time for me to pry some more info from you.
First I was surprised to hear that you had arranged meeting not only Chris Cooper from WSJ but also an Apache VP.By giving your home address your identity is known to them.It is unfortunate the invitation was not accepted. You are obviously not a concern to them.

My first question is on Tight Hole Status.Under what jurisdiction is this situation regulated? The securities people? The Alberta government? What I am getting at is that tight hole situations could be abused by some companies. They could proceed and acquire all the land they need and test a formation, obtain excellent results, make a decision to drill more wells and continue tight hole status to allow insiders an opportunity to accumulate more stock.
My second question is on the Strachan Anomaly. Is it reasonable to assume that the gas pay area they have encountered in the center of this anomaly extends over this entire (10,000 acre) area?If it does will it not be wise to drill a second well on the edges of the anomaly?

And finally,What is the advantage of a second well being drilled prior to land sales?Would it be more prudent to continue to obtain the maximum amount of land without tipping your hand by showing everyone the start of a second well?

Thanks in advance Grayhairs,
Richard
PS Hope that Tight Hole Status is lifted before Christmas! What an unusual name for a situation (Tight Hole).Just as long that the investors dont get screwed.
