I read some where (I forget where?) that Intel's ASP is between $2-$4 below normal as Intel cuts cost when they lower prices it's a systematic process they are very good at. Besides they do not have the debt to worry about that AMD does.

I guess that's what AMAT's loses are about also (among other things of course)?
