Don Yes they are going to do a financing, when & for how much they won,t say as of yet. Apparently the Yorkton report alluded to the financing & that may have been part of the problem they were in quiet mode & were unable to promote the stock. They plan to make this financing as minimal as possible just to tide them over till a nasdaq listing. The reason the author doesn't highlight BII is that they still are not promoting themselves. I don't know what has to happen to get them to change their minds. Maybe they are waiting till the financing is completed to start some real promotion. I hear it is going to be a private placement. For more detail I suggest giving the company a call. regards fuzman
