Jurgis B.: HELX??? How could anyone who's not expert in this area be attracted to the stock? Yes, for you-- you know these businesses, but for other value investors, wouldn't we be better in such a sector by following picks by Marty Whitman where we all perhaps might see and maybe believe in some reasonable fundamental financial values (p/bk and psr)? By your own admission HELX is expensive. And they're going to make an acquisition AND be able to maintain their dividend? Could that maybe be tough to do for a small cap like HELX? I'm not saying the stock won't double,triple from here. But where's any clue for the rest of us that it would/could happen or even that it's just fundamentally undervalued? Paul S.
