Glenn: What do you think that would to amzn (eggs takeover)? Typical premium for acquired company, I assume. Typical haircut by market for acquirer? I assume that they'd have to pay in stock? I guess eggs is in no position to argue with that. They'd need to issue or more (or do they a few vaults of treasury stock left over)? LP (that's llamaphlegm not lumbar puncture)
