Jerry, I posted my DD as soon as I caught the 16 Million share registration for sale on the SEC filing on June 30. A further look showed the companies financial problems, and they are severe. If CNBC reported correctly and their statement and their statement that NAVR was doing another placement, I don't see a bottom for this stock.

While the momentum guys reading their level 2's and prints saw the top and got out with a major profit, many of the investors were burned badly. I truly believe that a good portion of the converted preferred were dumped Thursday and Friday. Now, the May placement entitled each preferred stock holder to purchase 5 Warrants. This is dangerous.

Here you have the perfect scenerio for a massive short position against the Warrants. No problems for the shorts, they can't be squeezed, since they can cover with excersized warrants. This leads me to speculate that when the buy volume dies as the non-professional shorts finish covering, the stock is going to be hit with tremendous sell pressure.

However, shorting stock is not for the majority of investors and should only be based on sound diligence and experience. So use my DD as a starting point, if you have any questions post here or write me at simarx@yahoo.com . I'll try to e-mail out an advisory regarding NAVR soon, I'm waiting on another retired pro to verify my analysis. So if you want a copy, e-mail me and put NAVR in the subject line.

I hope you make back your losses soon.

Regards,
