The Bakhoum faction says, "No problem, arrays deteriorate all the time, and the sats are designed to take this into account." This is undoubtedly true. Problem is, the power problem existed, by ORBI's own admission (see the press release history) from the go, so were are clearly not talking about deterioration, but design. Since nobody (least of all you, BTW) has addressed this minor discrepancy, I "rested my case," lest I become like so many of the other broken records on SI. This is my last post on the subject, but feel free to make some closing utterances.
