Hi Mark,
Unfortunately, I don't use TA but if you tell me what method you use I can follow you. For example, I don't know what ADX means in the reference that you use it. Is it advance/decline or accumulation/distribution or neither. I imagine that my research would be more classified as CANSLIM more than anything else. I attribute stock appreciation and/or depreciation as being directly tied to present or future earnings along with a few other things. Those few other things would be more from an accounting perspective more than anything else. Nevertheless, even though I am not a firm believer in technical analysis I still don't close my mind to a well thought out procedure.

As for warrants. Being quite new to the TCBG issue I have no bias one way or another but you could say I am more of an interested future buyer than future shorter. Actually being a shorter in a bull market is akin to taking a train while the rest of the world is flying IMHO. You'll get to your destination but others will have gotten there a lot quicker.

But from my limited knowledge of the company and the stock's history I can't see how your observation of accumulation is "unwarranted" (sorry about the play on words...laugh).
