You are correct in your assumption that if the DR IPO is a dismal failure in the marketplace and the shares are only worth $1.93, then the DR valuation in TSQD will be LESS than the current stock price. But even then THE PERCENTAGE MEANS NOTHING! What matters is the # of DR shares per TSQD share in any calculation you want to use. Far too many people are leading themselves astray on this thread trying to work this % of ownership into their calculations.
