Based on what Gabelli cited as their value - $45 was his top price on a buyout, as I recall. 5 points upside against 8-10 downside isn't a dynamite bet, particularly in a late stage bull market(IMO).

Possible bigger Hong Kong problems still loom.

Also, after a recent run from 32 or so to 40, it's not a bad trade - and I owned it in a tax-deferred account.

If it gets hit on a overall market correction or Hong Kong, I'll be back(as before).
