Kostech Corp. Brings Microsoft & Dell Powered Services To The Investment

RENO, NEV. (June 23) BUSINESS WIRE -June 23, 1998--A unique interactive
service developed by Kostech Corp. is now aiding companies and Investor
Relations firms by placing investor packets online complete with full
color pictures of products, research reports, and statements from
company officials.
Streaming audio and video are even available.
The Website, named Virtual Investor Relations(tm), utilizes a feature
rich interface which presents an online version of each individual
company's investor packet allowing potential investors to view
information in a familiar interface without having to call the company
and wait for a conventional mailing.
All information including news and SEC documents is continuously
updated, freeing IR representatives from the mundane task of
re-assembling packets as information changes. "Keeping all of a
company's data on our own servers means we can ensure fast news, SEC,
and quote retrieval. It also means we are not sending potential
investors off to anyone else's sites for the information they need.
It's a very focused and responsive system," says James Kosta, chief
executive officer of Kostech. "We make use of only the latest Micron
(NYSE:MU), Dell (Nasdaq:DELL), and Digital (NYSE:DEC) servers. Server
software from Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT), Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq:SUNW),
and Netscape (Nasdaq:NSCP) make our services very robust. It has been
a very expensive system to put in place, but we are prepared for quite
a lot of traffic."
Virtual IR also allows investors to include themselves on each
company's electronic mailing list if they wish to receive news and
company statements as they are released. These mailings are done by
Virtual IR at no additional charge. This feature has been extremely
well received by the IR community as it represents a substantial cost
savings over conventional mailing and taxing methods and its ability to
automatically manage lists of interested investors.
