Hi Zeev, thanks for the info.. I am currently trying to find more info on a " convertible credit line".
From a PR "In addition to the company's April 14, 1998 news release regarding the proposed debenture financing, the company would like
to clarify the following items. Nevtah continues negotiations with several major European Institutions for convertible line of
credit. The company expects to complete an agreement that will include a ''draw down'' arrangement that will trigger
conversion under certain conditions and terms at the time funds are released" biz.yahoo.com
Any comments? Not much detail, will be calling the company tomorrow to see what I can see (don't own the stock, but trying to learn more about this type of credit)..DD [I think "draw down" means --convert to stock]
PS: I am now running windows 98,does anyone know how to get rid of the pointer auto select? If I have the pointer over a link or function button,it automatically selects...I don't like it..<g>
