Cotelligent has chosen to avoid Y2k business so far. Pretty amazing grovvth to date vvithout it, so vvhy take the risk of liability they figure.

VVell, Clinton and Gore are giving a Y2k speech this Tuesday, and they and Gingrich are proposing legislation to limit liability for issues surrounding Y2k. This could allovv CGZ to take on Y2k projects going forvvard, and be a big boon to grovvth for them.

I also knovv of a couple of institutions accumulating the stock, and have heard that their numbers for the 2nd period vvill come in at least on target. The stock is not as cheap as it vvas, but still very cheap in the industry group.
