You are wrong as usual Gracie.

All scientists are not created equally. The anti-intellectual politicians that support the "global warming caused by humans" theory packed together the numbers of scientists who have little background on the subject with those that do, just in order to come up with those figures.

The WSJ and other responsible pubs debunked and exposed that fraud. Among scientists who actually have their expertise in the relevant fields there is about an even split - which is amazing given that many get their grant $$$ by telling the Gov what it wants to hear.

Even more remarkable is the fact that the "experts" that believe in the global warming theory AGREE (when pinned down) THAT IT IS UNPROVEN and also agree that they need at least 20 more years of data to substantiate whether it exists at all.

It is lamentable that liberals so often dress up their "faith" as science and then use the media to try to "crisis" people into big government solutions before the facts are in.

You can see that in many areas and alluding to a previous subject - that's where the creationists are on solid ground - while there is no doubt that evolution within species exists there is nothing but liberal faith which supports the theory that man is descended from apes - although that may appear to be the case for many libs when they look at themselves and their ilk closely.

There is a big difference between sharing common genes and one species being descended from another. Man shares many genes with fungus, so does that mean that man is descended from fungus?

The Smithsonian declined for years to remove what it purported was the definitive "link" from its exhibit that claimed it was the "missing link" that proved the man from ape theory - even though it had been disproven decades earlier. Such is the persistence of liberal faith in the face of reality. That, at last, is gone. So far, there has been no missing link found confounding all the expectations of liberals for decades. But why bother with facts when you are a member of the liberal faith?

So in that respect the creationists are correct that teaching that man is evolved from apes is akin a religion - a state religion - until it is proven. As I said earlier, no one really disputes evolution within species, it's just the leap of faith that is the "man from ape" theory that is so controversial because it still stands unproven.
