Another question comes to mind, how can anyone be sure that that was indeed Ms. shell's home address and phone number, maybe it was Ms. Shell, and friends with SI, to have a way in which to silence Ms. Shells biggest adversary.
Welcome to Fantasyland. NOW who's flinging about highly irresponsible statements? Actually, quite a number of SI friends know it's my home address, because we've corresponded. And sorry, I scarcely consider Ken M. my "biggest adversary". I consider him a rude person--go back and look at some of his earlier posts to me--who is uninterested in, and perhaps incapabable of, properly evaluating false "information".
Another question maybe it was Ms Shell herself who sent Ken m the PM, using a different name(like she did a week ago when she went and signed up for a 30 day free trial, then came on EDII's thread with an alias close to her same in which she posted a sarcastic remark about "Yea go to the moon EDII")
Uh-oh. I thought lawyers weren't supposed to leap to conclusions for which there's no foundation. The emphasized statement is indeed a lie. I signed up for no 30-day trial. That account, by the way, was closed, and the messages deleted.
...and then fed Mr. Ken M this info on the illegal manipulaation going on there, and knowing how he would react to this info, suckered him in to doing something that SI could interpet as violation of there terms of service, and be able to kick of several of the ones, who apparently did most of the positive DD on EDII, something to think about, and after seeing Ms. Shell and SI in action, I wouldn't put it past them to do something like this.
