Mr. Peters: As a shareholder for many years, and one who has bought more on many occasions, including last week, I was very excited, to say the least, at reading post #35862. I have never completely understood all the technological things you have in the works, but I am savvy enough to know they did sound impressive. I will admit that there have been times when doubtful thoughts have crept into my mind, but I have always gone to your homepage and reread your message and would always get reinspired. There is nothing quite like reading it direct from the horse's mouth on SI, and I do want you to know that I appreciate it, and it is comforting to know that you DO care about your shareholders. I know that there are many who have been freightened out of their investment because of the negative posts they have read on this thread, and that is very unfortunate. I have convinced many of my friends over the years to pick up shares of Franklin, and I am sure they have doubted me when I have told them recently to hang in there. We will all be anxiously awaiting the day the switch is turned on. Thank you again for lifting our spirits. Bebe Morris
