Nobody knows if there will be a 1 to 1 relationship but the starting point has to be the number of shares that TSQD owns in DR multiplied by the market price per DR share divided by the number of outstanding TSQD shares. From that point the market would establish a market price for TSQD factoring in either a small market discount to the TSQD's interest in the DR shares or perhaps TSQD may sell at a premium to it's DR market value if we consider the value of the TSQD primary catalogue business If DR really takes off TSQD may even sell at a premium since it would be a cheaper way own DR and will act much like a warrant.
