The problem is not that promoters were paid millions of new shares for their "work" but the fact that they willing to dump them at these depressed levels. And how ironic is it! The only reason PRs are hired in the first place is to promote the company and thereby enhance the stock price. Here, instead promoters are themselves responsible for where the price is now (all time low) by selling hundreds of thousands of this poor, beaten down stock- like there is no tomorrow. The question is why??? Either the PR company is just a bunch of rip-off artists (which is what 99.9% of them are) or they don't have any confidence in this company. In either case the real shareholders are the big losers.

As I suggested before: instead of spending an enormous amount of effort, time and energy (not to mention shares)on useless promotions, apply every extra dollar to the bottomline and investors will discover this company on their own.
