Jim, re:unreported line yield category - "going to check into that." Your welcome... I should add that "line yield" as a separate stat was not started to be deceitful, just done to make sure that the blame falls on the right people. Line yield measures the fab workers where die yield is more the job of the process engineers... It is fast talking CEO's who misuse stats you know... Jeff
