Firstly my post was directed to all not you. Everyone is being sucked in and it is negative for the stock, SI and all the good people around. When I say good people I am not referring to longs or pro EDII people here I am referring to people with something of value to add to the thread.

The answer is certainly I did not receive any proxy but then I am in Thailand and I doubt that I would have. Having said this, I dont think anyone else did either.

So the statement is either incorrect or refers perhaps to preferred shareholders if there are any or it just might be that between Dror and his inner circle including the acquired companies, they hold the majority of shares.

Let's find out.
