Our lawsuit is for the purpose of suing Coggins & AZDOM. We will focus on that and that alone. Have you considered that if it weren't for Coggins, we'd still be on NASDAQ? Just think what would happen to MAXAM or GPGI if Coggins started on them. I shudder to think.

This lawsuit will also eventually tell us who all these naysayers are being paid by.
