Insider Information can only come from a "constructive insider", that is someone employed by the company with access to information which could provide financial advantage, or someone in another fiduciary role, such as investment banker.

If someone within a company, hypothetically such as Ken Gort or Mitchell Gutman, provided information which is not public, it is their legal responsibility to make this info public. An investor can only assume that has been done.

Therefore, unless you are a constructive insider, you could not violate any insider trading laws.

So, come clean. Are you an employee of EDII or Growth International?
