The worst was to sell during a slowdown in the industry, and give it away instead of looking longer term to change their focus over time. By next year the modem industry will turn healthy again, and who wins from that. Good old Boca. With all their luck next year the server business will be in a glut and then what are they going to do. I say finish it off by putting the leftover pennies in the tin cups of the homeless. Sorry but I really doubt this company will survive and once they get delisted from NASDAQ this board will evaporate. Ron
