This is a very confusing SEC document concerning a shareholders meeting for Food Concepts Inc in 1997. The proxy statement at the end, however, makes it sound like it involves Beacon Light Mining (which would later become BLHG). sec.gov KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned stockholder of Beacon Light Mining Company hereby appoints Herb Glaubman, Frances Glaubman and Harold Stulowitz, or any one of them, their true and lawful attorney or attorneys of the undersigned to attend and vote at the special meeting of Food Concepts, Inc., held on September 10, 1997 at 11:00 a.m. or any continued meeting or meetings for the purposes designated in the official notice of said meeting with all the powers the undersigned would possess if personally present, hereby revoking and withdrawing any and all proxies heretofore given by the undersigned. I don't know if this has anything to do with anything. Just thought it was interesting. th
