Zeev, If I didn't know you better I would say that your comments about the recent S-3's increasing the number of shares outstanding, indicated that you were either a blithering idiot or a coniving sonofabitch! <g> As shown in the filings, the company is not issuing any of these shares being registered. It appears that the company is merely registering shares that have come into being as a result of the conversion of the prior convertible note offering. If the convertible notes are still debt and not stock by '02, HEC would merely pay them off in cash, from moneys raised in loans against the massive reserves and cash flow they will have generated by then --- just based on the fields they have discovered so far. Hopefully the prediction of a spudding announcement for Islero this week that was made on Yahoo is accurate, so this thread could then rid itself of this insidious distraction you have wrought and get back to talking about the _real issues that will drive this stock' s price in the near future. <Don't mind me, I'm just in a pissy mood since I gotta work on a great day like this! <g>>
