I am a CPI shareholder for 2 years. It is a great company with unlimited potential. It has never had a problem raising cash for research as it has excellent trial results. If you want to know more go under Edgar and look up Cell Pathways. It had proposed to go public so there is a prospectus there. I don't know why TSNG hasn't moved since the news, but I think that there has been no publicity. I just learned today from CPI about the merger. This stock can soar. I never heard of TSENG, but switching the company name and symbol will help.
