Laz: re naysayers insistence in being informed on the spot if note has been paid. Imagine if every company issued a press release every time a clients note came due: "Co. XY announces with pleasure that client Jose has paid invoice#2345 for the grand total of $12,345. Co. XY thanks it's client Jose for showing his comitment to the development of a mutualy rewarding relationship." This would use up a lot of paper and also bandwith in the internet.
