Here's another example of strong insider faith in their company (AMVC):

Note that most of these purchases were made on the open market ... IMHO the *best* indicator amongst the possible "insider buy" scenarios.


If one compares this with the price to volume chart over the same time frame, one can draw a pretty good inference as to what the president of this company thinks the company's stock is *really* worth. HINT: buying opportunity.


This concept is what drew me to CYPB as well.
