Sepster, Take a look at the links at the top of this page for a description of INKT's business. You can also ask for a prospectus from any of the underwriters (got mine from H&Q). You can also look at the company's website. Basically, INKT's has two businesses: (1) search engine technology that Yahoo!, Disney, Snap!, etc. use and (2) "Traffic Server" cache software that AOL and some other ISP's use. Throw in Hotbot, INKT's "portal" site that is marketed by Wired and you have three hot areas that any tulip-buying, momentum player can hype the hell out of. JW
