There will be some drop right when the reverse split occurs. For example, everyone heard the announcement that Microsoft was going to split (last time) and when it came to the day of the split the price went up a little anyway. The opposite is true for reverse splits. Basically if you buy before the reverse split, you will be buying at, at least a 10% mark-up.

As for TSIG, that is a short term play. But after people begin to dump after the site opening, buying at the bottom a second time should lead to substancial gains. They are going to market the hell out of their site. Just a strategy to get some of your (not necessarily you Jim) SCTI money back as I had mentioned early.

And finally, I do like your pick of TSIS, Jim. I bought in the last few months at .46 and sold at .62. Unfortunately, the shorters have a large % of the shares and will not let it go much past .60. When they show some great numbers this may change. They do have impressive fundamentals.
