John,

You must be careful with this "insider buying" technique. It's very easy for insiders to file intents to buy or buy small amounts of stock for the sake of investors like yourself only. It's usually just a show and has no indication of the price movement of the stock. Just take a look @ AMVC's chart that you posted just now. The stock is on a downtrend despite these "insider buys".

Remember that not one management figure of ALYA has sold a single share. All these small intents to sell are early investors and peripheral employees. If it concerns you that a secretary is going to sell a couple thousand shares then fine use the Yahoo site for info.

Management is more focused on the business and its operations and
whatever funds available is given priority to hiring staff (engineering)
and paying for the materials required to meet orders. That is why they
have increased their staff from 29 to 35, and is needing to hire more.
Not to put into the stock market - not the best utility of funds for
them

Now on your technical analysis John, as you know it doesn't work well for these volatile otc stocks. I'm sure you wouldn't be surprised if the company comes out with a couple very significant news and the stock rises to $1.40 in two or three days...I know I wouldn't be surprised. Actually I would be surprised if that DIDN'T happen.

I'm freeing up some more cash to pick up more stock under $1. My average is very very low and I could sell for a very big gain but rather I'm accumulating aggressively still. I'm holding for the long term. This will be a $5 stock if you have the patience. We will all look back a few months from now and laugh at these silly worries about the stock price dropping a few cents.

The big picture shows a very aggressive company, with increasing revenues in each successive quarter, in a growing market, with no real competition, and with BIG NAME companies like Motorola, Echelon, Enron (and a few surprises) backing the companies product. How many can you say that about other stocks in your portfolios?

Let's not play into the hands of the shorters and the day traders. Go back and remember why you initially bought ALYA.

Essam.
