Raise the Cross above the flag and our hearts will be freed from the malignancy of nationalism. Nationalism has often been a tool of the world to further the worldly passions of evil men. A Christian in Russia, China, England, France or Israel is your fellow citizen and brother in the Kingdom of God while antichristian Americans, Israelis, Russians, Chinese, English, and French are foreigners to the commonwealth of God.

Whoever is stirred more by stars and stripes or the stars of David than the Cross of Christ is still a citizen of this world and is not yet a citizen of the Kingdom of God.

If the Cross were raised above the flag the violence would instantly seize in Balfast. Raising the flag above the Cross seves the self-interest of men of this world but it destroys the fellowship and communion of the children of God.
