Indeed. I know three maxim employees (and friends of employees). They say that MXIM is very cost conscious...no elaborate spending. >It's nice to find a company where the majority of the employees >have the shareholders best interests at heart. This is so true. MXIM does not pay premium salaries (though they are competitive)...almost everyone in the company participates in the stock purchase plan.
