Everyone following NCTI may want to check out my book called ABOVE BLACK - Project Preserve Destiny. There is more to NCTI than meets the eye. (Hint: They are next door neighbors to the National Security Agency.)

As background NCTI has patents on noise reduction technology. They are involved in noise reducing headsets (for industrial applications and airline passengers etc) and flat panel speakers and a few other applications. Pretty straight forward stuff.
