Reasons to buy PTUS.

Many people who are new to our thread ask "Why should I buy PTUS?" If you go back and read the posts on this thread you will see that predictions range from 3 or less to teens and back to 30. The conclusion is clear: Many people see the same company differently so a new investor CANNOT take things on this thread as the reason for their decisions. Each person must do their own due diligence and ultimately decide for themselves what to do. The people who are positive on PTUS have their own reasons and in most cases since they are long the stock they encourage others to buy (I am in this group and have helped cause a friend to buy 6000 shs - at an average price of 4 1/8 which is much lower than my price). However, I do stand behind PTUS as an investment and cite my reasons to buy PTUS.

1.Management has come to understand how to position the company for growth after the bad quarter and has hired some good managers to rectify problems. They have also expanded their emphasis on services which is very timely as the clock moves to Y2K. Finally, I think management is learning to deal with the investment community better as press releases have helped.

2. PTUS has top quality IT professionals and good products based on the contracts they are landing and the companies' that use their tools.

3. The Y2K segment seems to be ramping up for companies with the right mix based on TAVA news releases. I think PTUS has the right mix.

4. In the group of Y2k companies PTUS has the best value (is the most undervalued) based on revenues, growth projections compared to others. The stock is still downright "cheap" IMHO.

5. Balance sheets are still good.

6. Technically, the stock has been building a base for 3 months and has just started to move out of this base. I'm looking for confirmation but behavior has been very good the last few days. Especially significant was Thursday when the stock opened higher and sold off down to 4 5/8. There were 2 selling bursts of about 50,000 shs. Instead of staying down, as the selling ended buyers came back in to close the stock at 5. Then on Friday it traded at 5 or better all day. We're not out of the woods yet but best behavior in months.

Reason NOT to buy PTUS:

1. The only reason in my eyes not to buy PTUS is the 144 selling. Although this is NOT company officers and directors the original investors are cashing out at very low levels. This is a negative as some investment advisories use this as a criteria to buy and sell. Also, you have to wonder why they are selling so cheap if the reasons for buying stated above hold water. I believe the company must address this issue and will be contacting them about it. Perhaps some positive momentum will shut this 144 selling down for a while but it is a concern.
