Nothing good, you would think - however, to U.S. markets, all news is good news --and a buying opportunity-- right?

I still believe that bear markets can happen.
Seems like a great time to sell a lot of stuff trading at highs.

I've been going into some yield things, like preferrred stock in REITS. 9% (almost guaranteed) is starting to look pretty good to me.
