Dear Frank Peters, you did not, as I recall, identify yourself. Are you the Frank Peters who is CEO of FTEL?

Your letter sounds like hot air. We will see how much money your company loses in the upcoming quarters. Last quarter you lost about $ 1.4 million. How much cash do you have? At that rate how long will your cash last? Will you have another private placement when funds get low?

You appear to despise me for stating your recent record? How recent is recent? Is five years too recent for you?

Were you talking more than six years ago? FTEL has not had revenues of over $ 2.6 million since before 1992 ! Why are you talking about $ 50,000,000 in revenues from way back when. That was WAY then and this is now, isn't it?

Please review the following revenue/net income loss which I compiled for your convenience:

Frank your dreams verse reality seem to be at odds. You can sue me. You can argue with me, but the future will either vindicate me or not.

Tyranny thrives in ignorance and only if it it has a heavy enough hand to quiet the freedom of speech. When that speech is honest, but embarrassing, it should never be denied its voice.

Frank, what happened to the Intrine order? Where is the storm of sales from the demos?

I might also add that to blame me for FTEL's stock drop is pathetic.

FTEL: $ 2.44a
