Doesn't cold water weigh more? Maybe you're referring to the mass of water dumped on land. Actually it's a drop in the bucket. Whereas it isn't critical that within a ten year time frame California receives a stress relieving jolt along the San Andreas fault, the earthquake activity has been exceedingly quiet for years. Too quiet. California weather also has been good for years. Too good. The stock market has gone up for years. Too up. I smell trouble and if it accumulates proportionately to the preceding lack of it, too troubling.
