Michael, I asked Gary Borglund if they thought they could get the Sports Book part of the site for the Government of Dominica up by Aug 1. He said they are almost done with it already.

As I understand, he is supposed to be in Dominica in the next few days. He couldn't give me specifics.

I don't know if this answers your questions, but that's what I found out.
