Appreciate the post Jane. I think my boss is already taking B6 and another supplement, gluco -- something.

I've also heard that other dietary effects that exacerbate arthritis -- i.e. some things one ought to avoid. I think I probably ought to read up on it some more as my wife's family has a history. She already has some stiffness in the fingers and back. Know any good books?
