any,

Just to review your previous discussion and to make sure I'm getting it right.

We have a group of shareholders who may have been duped by their company and who stand to lose their entire investments which, in some cases, are considerable.

On the one hand, we have a party who sympathizes with these shareholders and has done whatever he could to assist them, all the while maintaining that he has no use for the company, but doesn't want to see innocent and decent people hurt.

On the other hand, we have a party (or parties) who feel that the company should be punished and the shareholders along with it. They say they have no other purpose than this altruistic act of punishment of all concerned and they will deal with anybody they have to in order to serve their purpose.

There are probably a lot of moral, ethical and character trait issues involved here, but I won't go into those, as they may even turn out to be "a wash". Suffice it to say that, even to the casual observer, it is pretty obvious which of the aforementioned parties is "the class act".

Very best regards,

AD
