questions, questions...

on merger possibilities... we all know the potential suitors, and the current price isnt indicative of dick. as for the BEL DMT contract, if it is LU/WSTL, LU will probably take a minority interest in WSTL, or ALA or one of the others may make a play for WSTL outright. if its a DSC/WSTL win, LU will likely buy the company.

as for waiting on the market, they did a piss poor job of valuing the intital deployment, what makes you guys think things will be any different this time. the possibility is very real that we could get BEL DMT, and the market would take no notice...why? because we are the little guy and haven't a prayer against big players like CSCO, ALA, etc. sorry hal and others, but i think this is a bunch of rubbish. sure, it could happen, and i am willing to allow for that, but it hasnt yet and i have heard that same refrain for almost 2 years now. its getting to be a tiresome tune. with the right manufacturing partners, which i think WSTL has, they will be a big winner. ALA is probably already choking on their fab, which reduces their ability to pressure prices. WSTL doesnt have that expense. so the question is...who produces chips cheaper...ALA mietec or TXN?

good luck to all,
trey
