Traders do not really need to have their hands held. I think more like handcuffed. that is to strict ruthless principles. those who do not follow precise design trading stochastic that can be different for each issue and must be mapped, point and figured, as you have mentioned with channels will need a lot of handholding later.

but yes i do have that same channel line which should hold based on the affinity for this stock to the simple 50 day MA, lingering around 13 now, more from the downside vs up. however most other indicators are down nearly to the 1st week of june where this last move started.

MACD still positive at +.1 but still downtrending

Money flow is at mid Mays level

OBV has given back 10 million of the 8mill from the rise

i am using 14day period of change to encompass the past move up and down.

Momentum at -4 is huge largest i have ever seen but that goes with the drop and makes more of a case for a bottom.

short term stochastic did turn positive monday but leveling now with fridays gap down. has broken above 20% and i expect the gap to be filled and resume test to 15 level this week. then a return to test the 11-12 as a part of the lower end of the upper trading range then back to test that solid up move we made to 17. As the 50 day MA gets a chance to creep up we will find better support in the higher ranges. Unless of course one of those elephants decides to pay a visit then all mapping is gone. that is my hypothesis but is based on that long term up trend line that was held but could be tested before we fill this gap from friday.
