cm...Good evening from the West Coast...I'm wondering if you know and can shed a little light on something I've been wondering about for awhile since running into these ideas on more than one occasion and on more than one stock-chat site....The most recent one is something I read today on The Motley Fool SEEK stock site. It is this:...Starwave, so these posters say, owns ESPN.com and ABCnews.com and once the DIS/SEEK deal is completed SEEK will then own ESPN.com and ABCnews.com......This is not true as I know it is it?....Isn't Starwave the company that puts together, for lack of a better description, the graphics/technology for ESPN.com and ABCnews.com?...What I mean is Starwave doesn't actually own any content do they, just technology? Any quick, or not so quick, thoughts on the Starwave value to SEEK? Best wishes, George
