CR,

Let me reemphasize my point.
That is that Tava's revenues are in my opinion limited primarily by the number of employees they have. (Since I agree with you that CD sales are mostly part of a service package and therefore proportional to service revenues which are proportional to the number of employees.)

And that was my point about remediation. How can they achieve an 8-1 ratio to I and A, or whatever ratio it is, without substantially increasing their number of employees - which so far they have given no indication of doing. (Or subcontracting or else a large portion of that estimate is for materials. In both cases there would be substantially different margin estimates.)
It seemed to me since the company has made this 8-1 claim, it certainly is reasonable to have IR clarify more precisely what's involved.
For example what is the 1. Is it pilot projects or is it I an A?
Is it 8 to 1 service or 8 to 1 service + cd's + database reports?
How much of this estimate is materials? How much would be subcontracting?

With respect to remediation I believe you are clearly in error on this one. I suggest you read some the recent posts by Rick Bulotta.
