With an armed congregation, yes. That would be chaos. But as these events do occur, what if there were two designated armed individuals, both properly trained, located in that congregation? What if the others had been taught to drop to the floor on command? These precautions are standard procedure in Israel, and they have been proven effective.

Horrible world where we even have to think about these things, but they are very real.
