<It was originally filed with audited numbers from its Mexican Accounting firm (perfectly legal) manually (no longer proper) back in late April. It took a month before the Company was informed by the SEC that it needed to re-file on Edgar and by that time it had already retained a US Auditing Firm, it was decided to do the filing using the US audited numbers.>

Interesting, I follow both yahoo and SI and the above statement you posted is news to me. I had heard that Sitra claimed the SEC asked for additional/clarification on information submitted but where did you get that the company was waiting to re-submit with US audited financials.?? It had occurred to me that the SEC might not approve of the Mexican acctg firm previously used but Sitra did not say the SEC application was declined, just that other information was being requested. Could it be the SEC hold up is due to the use of a Mexican acctg firm?? I believe the company needs to clarify what the hold up of SEC approval is.

I have faith in TGSK mgmt especially due to their personal stake in the company but if there is any questionable/hidden information when those EDGAR reports come out, IMO there will be a rash of selling that would certainly throw a wrench in Smith's plans to get on NASDAQ. If mgmt loses credibility at this crucial junction, Smith may see NASDAQ listing in some future life. Mgmt had better be honest with shareholders or it will blow up in their pocketbooks as well.

Good luck to all.
