Dear Senor Milas,

This "rumor" has been "going around" for a long time now. Our favorite CA newsletter writer (Stewart) helped to keep this fuel burning. If this tickles your fancy, perhaps you would like to research the price action on his other "fabulous" stock picks -- all in the toilet. I believe that he even said the merger was going to be because of Esping -- no Esping, no merger? For anyone to want to merge with Zitel is almost beyond belief -- Although you sometimes see (once in a blue moon) a beautiful woman with a big, fat, ugly, balding, poor, no, I take that back -- they have to be rich, don't they?

Does anyone find it interesting that Matridigm brought in BRCP to the Nevada project -- Matridigm, if smart at all, would want to "distance" themselves from Zitel, not get closer. If Matridigm wanted to "merge" with anyone, or "sell-out" to anyone, or become part of anyone, don't you think they would "do it" with one of their prettier "TA's"? (all puns intended)

Or, if Matridigm is going to make hundreds of millions, why would they not buy back that "33, 32, 31, 30, 29%" from Zitel? I'd say they sort of have Zitel by the "beach toys" here. Without a "very current" flow of money from Matridigm, Zitel is history. It would not be so hard (depending on contract wording and interpretation) to delay funding for a long time. Matridigm does not have to keep any shareholders happy. A few million dollars might look pretty good to Zitel management when faced with possible bankruptcy and worthless stock -- although on last glance, no one but King really owned any stock, I believe -- this still is curious, don't you think?

All worthless banter. Gotta take a drug.

I remain,

SOROS

ps the above is all a made-up story and has no fact or truth. it is not intended as investment advice but simply entertainment

pps I do believe we will know by September, 2001 who the major players are, and oh, yeah, the contracts are "on the desk"
